近年来,随着国家政策对绿色建筑的倡导,绿色建筑已成为建筑领域的重要组成部分,但还尚未处于主导地位,增量成本作为其发展的主要障碍亟待解决.本文从全寿命周期的角度分析了绿色建筑增量成本的构成及其影响因素,并针对主要影响因素提出成本控制的建议,有助于绿色建筑各相关利益主体正确认识增量成本,促进绿色建筑推广和可持续发展.%In recent years,with the advocacy of national policy of green building,green building has become an important part of the construction area,but has not yet been in a dominant position,so the incremental cost as the main obstacle to their development should be solved.This paper analyzes the composition and influencing factors of the incremental cost of green building from the perspective of life cycle,and puts forward the suggestions for the cost control aiming at the main factors,helping the stakeholders of green building correctly understand the incremental cost,promoting the popularization of green building and sustainable development.
