Under the background of collaborative development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the introduction of high-end talent of Beijing and Tianjin is an important way to accelerate the development of Hebei Province.Through a lot of research,taking 3D printing technology as an example,this paper systematically studies the shortage of the introduction of high-end talent in Hebei Province,and puts forward the introduction mechanism of high-end talent from the concept of coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Hebei Province's policies,enterprises,colleges and universities and other aspects.%京津冀协同发展背景下,引进京津高端人才是河北省加速发展的一个重要途径.通过大量调研,以3D打印技术为例,系统研究了河北省高端人才引进的不足之处,从三地统一协调发展理念到河北省自身政策、企业、高校等多方面入手,提出了高端人才引进的机制.
