The paper established the antibiotic interest chain according to the relationship between supply and demand of antibiotics market, also analyzed the interests and its sensitivities, cooperation situations among interest chain members, achieved the best cooperation model according to different ways of cooperation, which result in reduction in market put amount and increase overall interests. It proposed the government macro-control of market price, the antibiotic drugs market and its put amount, combined with the effective mode of cooperation in the interest chain to limit the abuse of antibiotics and control the antibiotic resistance crisis effectively.
