航空类专业实训基地建设与管理需要校企共建、共管,校企协同管理是服务地方经济发展的有效途径,也是实现高职院校可持续发展的重要保障.本文根据航空类专业实训基地校企协同管理的特征,结合教学、师资、学生模式进行可行性分析,最后从战略协同、利益分配、法制机制方面提出校企协同管理可行性路径.%The construction and management of aviation professional training base needs a school-enterprise co-construction and co-management, and the school-enterprise collaborative management is not only an effective way to serve the local economic development, but also an important guarantee for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. According to school-enterprise collaborative management features of the aviation training base, and combined with teaching, teachers, students model, this paper takes a feasibility analysis, and finally from the strategic synergy, distribution of interests, legal mechanism, puts forward the feasible path of school-enterprise collaborative management.
