Because the lines in the 10kV distribution network basically belong to the open-air environment and have the characteristics of long lines, many points and wide coverage, so its construction are easy to be influenced by various factors, which causes the construction of the distribution network can not be carried out normally, thus delay the construction progress. This paper mainly discusses some problems existing in the construction management of 10kV distribution network, and tries to put forward some corresponding solutions.%由于10kV配电网中的线路基本属于露天环境并且存在线长、点多、面广等复杂性特征,在施工过程中极易出现各种影响因素,导致配电网施工建设无法正常进行,耽误施工进度.本文主要针对当前10kV配电网工程施工管理存在的一些问题,进行了思考和探讨,并试着提出了一些相应的解决措施.
