Social work and social governance are interrelated, and both are indispensable. Social work is highly valuable in the process of social governance innovation. The convening of the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee made the strategic task of innovating the social governance system more explicit, not only to realize the effective intervention of social work, but also to make its role more prominent. The objectives can be implemented through various types of social personnel training.
