In high-rise buildings, beam-type transfer floor forms an important connecting link between the preceding and the following, so in the design process, it should be combined with the vertical load in the upper structure, and a scientific and reasonable design and planning should be taken to reduce the structural catastrophe and the stress concentration, which can guarantee the whole structure continuity and the force stability.
