精益生产技术对生鲜电商的运营优化研究

         

摘要

针对生鲜电商创立时间短,运营管理能力薄弱问题,提出了采用日本丰田生产方式对生鲜电商进行精益化运营的策略,以消除运营过程中的所有浪费,提高生鲜电商运营效率和压缩运营成本.提出了生鲜电商的运营的标准化、可视化、均衡化、准时化等的运营优化方向.并以案例进行了分析说明.%In view of the problem that short time of creation, weak operation and management ability of Electronic commerce for fresh agricultural products, we put forward the strategy of lean operation on it by using Japanese Toyota production system to eliminate all waste in the operation process and improve the operation efficiency and reduce operating costs of Electronic commerce for fresh agricultural products. This paper puts forward the operation optimization of Electronic commerce for fresh agricultural products such as standardization, visualization, equalization and Just-in-Time. It is analyzed and explained by case.
