博物馆作为现代社会传播科学文化知识的重要社会教育机构之一,承担着向公众传播宣传文化科学知识的社会职能.科普场馆观众调查指的是获取观众的相关信息,使博物馆工作者更加了解观众的需求及期望、参观行为及心理、对博物馆的印象和评价,这些信息将为博物馆场馆安全运行、展陈策划、规划发展扩大博物馆社会影响力给决策者提供判断和实施的重要依据.本文就围绕博物馆观众调查,选取几个常用的具有代表性的观众信息采集方式稍作阐述和思考.%As one of the most important social education institutions in the modern society, the museum has the social function of disseminating the cultural and scientific knowledge to the public. The survey of the science and technology museum audience refers to obtain the relevant information of the audience, so that the museum workers can get a better understanding of the needs and expectations, the behavior and psychology of the visit, and the impression of the museum of the audiences. This information will be used for providing important basis for decision makers to judge and implement the safe operation, exhibition planning, development and expansion of the social influence of the museum. Around the museum audience survey, this paper expounds and reflects some commonly used and representative audience information collection modes.
