地铁车辆自动折叠座椅坐垫轻量化研究

         

摘要

The seat is an important part of subway vehicles. Automatic folding seat is the development trend of the subway, which can increase the capacity of subway vehicles, so it is of important significance to ease the peak traffic congestion, and save energy. Aiming at the lightweight requirements of the subway folding seat cushion, the problems of the existing design are analyzed, and the seat cushion material and the shaft weight are explored. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to validate the design scheme. The static load experiment was designed and implemented with the working cushion as the experimental object simulating the actual working condition. The feasibility of lightweight design is validated.%座椅是地铁车辆的重要组成部分,自动折叠座椅是地铁发展的趋势,采用自动折叠座椅能够增加地铁车辆的载客量,对于缓解高峰时期交通拥挤,以及节约能耗有着重要的意义.针对地铁折叠座椅坐垫的轻量化需求,分析现有设计存在的问题,并对座椅的坐垫型材以及转轴轻量化进行探究,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对设计方案进行理论验证.以加工好的坐垫为实验对象,模拟实际工况,设计并实施了静载实验.验证了轻量化设计的可行性.
