回收铁矿中伴生磷的浮选研究

         

摘要

In order to recover more valuable minerals and reduce the waste of resources, this paper takes phosphate associated in iron ore as object of the research. The raw ore was analyzed by the technological mineralogy, and the collector BK420 was used in flotation study. The closed-circuit test was carried out under the optimal experimental conditions after the condition test. P2O5 grade and recovery was 35.69% and 84.62% in the concentrate of phosphate minerals. The recovery of phosphate associated in iron ore was realized. Finally, the flotation products were examined and analyzed. The loss of phosphorus was mainly in the size below 0.043mm, which was discovered by the examination and analysis of flotation products. The method of reducing the loss of metal and improving the recovery of phosphate rock was put forward.%为了充分回收矿石中更多有价值的矿物,减少资源的浪费,文章以铁矿中伴生磷矿为研究对象,对原矿进行了工艺矿物学分析,采用BK420捕收剂对磷矿进行浮选研究.经过条件试验研究,在最优试验条件下进行闭路试验,获得的磷精矿中P2O5品位为34.65%,回收率85.38%的指标,实现了对铁矿中伴生磷矿的回收.最后对浮选产品进行检查和分析,绝大部分磷的损失主要集中在0.043mm以下较细的粒级,并提出了减少金属损失,提高磷矿浮选回收率的方法.
