At present, small and medium-sized enterprises play an irreplaceable role in China's economic development, technological progress, expanding social employment and maintaining social harmony. The main financing methods of China's SMEs are internal and external financing, however, its channel is still narrow. Through the collection of data and the analysis of the financing problems, it is found that in order to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, the credibility and management level of enterprises must be improved and the relevant government departments should improve the policy. Only by making efforts and improvements in all aspects, the small and medium-sized enterprises in China will have healthy and steady development.%目前,中小企业对于我国经济发展、技术进步、扩大社会就业、维护构建社会和谐,发挥着不可替代的作用.我国中小企业目前主要内源和外部融资,但是,融资方式渠道狭窄依然存在.通过多方搜集资料和对融资问题的分析.要解决我国中小企业融资方式问题,必须要提高企业的信誉度和管理层能力水平、政府相关部门应完善政策.只有各方面都作出努力和改善,我国中小企业才会健康稳健的发展.
