建设工程质量管理问题与社会的发展和人类生活息息相关,一直深受人们的关注.文章采用文献分析的方法,对目前国内外工程质量管理的研究进行了分析.目前的国内外对工程质量管理的研究主要涉及到理论基础研究,相关体制机制改善方面的研究,工程质量问题定量化分析研究,计算在工程质量管理中应用的研究等几个方面.最后得出如下结论:到目前为止对工程质量的理论研究已经大量存在,但是针对性不强,依然不能有效地解决现实问题;有关体制机制的完善已经改善了目前工程质量管理中的部分问题;将定性的工程问题进行定量化分析,比较针对性地明确了有关质量工程的问题;计算机的已经运用在工程质量管理当中,但是离实现工程质量管理信息化存在很大的差距.最后对我国工程质量管理问题进行了分析,并提出了建议.%The quality management of construction projects is closely related to the development of society and human life. In this paper, the method of literature analysis is used to analyze the current domestic and international project quality management research. At present at home and abroad the quality of the project management research mainly involves the theoretical basis of the research, the research on improving the relevant systems and mechanisms, analysis of quantitative research on the engineering quality problems, calculation of several applications in engineering quality management research etc.. The final conclusion is as follows: so far the theoretical research on the quality of the project has already existed, but the pertinence is not strong, still can not effectively solve practical problems;to improve the relevant institutional mechanisms has improved part of the problem of project quality management at present in the engineering problems; quantitative analysis, comparison to clear the quality of engineering problems; the computer has been used in engineering quality management, but from the implementation of the project quality management information there is a big gap. Finally, the problems of engineering quality management in China are analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward.
