In order to meet the needs of the development of new technologies in various enterprises, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education has become an important part of the reform and development of higher vocational education in China. This paper introduces the talents cultivation of electrical automation technology in Hunan Petrochemical Vocational Technology College, which is based on "school-enterprise cooperation", and the practices of personnel training objectives, curriculum system construction, teachers construction, teaching reform, improving training conditions and others. It is hoped that this paper can provide reference and experience for higher vocational colleges to carry out the reform of the"double subject"talents training.%为适应各行企业新技术领域的发展需要,高等职业教育中校企合作已成为我国高等职业教育改革和发展的重要内容.本文介绍了湖南石油化工职业技术学院在培养电气自动化技术类专业人才过程中,以"校企合作"为基准,在人才培养目标确定、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、教学模式改革、实训条件改善等方面的做法,希望能为高等职业院校进行校企"双主体"工学交替人才培养改革提供可借鉴的经验和依据.
