With the rapid growth of China's economy, the incidence of environmental pollution accidents also gradually increased. However there are still defects in many aspects of environmental risk prevention system. By introducing the current situation of environmental risk prevention system in China, the main problems have been identified. Some targeted suggestions have been provided accordingly for the further development.%随着经济的迅速发展,我国环境污染事件的发生频率也逐步升高,但环境风险防范工作仅初显轮廓,很多方面都存在着欠缺与不足.本文对我国环境风险防范制度体系现状进行梳理,识别存在问题,并有针对性地为我国今后环境风险防范体系的发展给出建议.
