The problems in medical record management of psychiatric hospital violate the original intention of medical service purchasers, resulting in information asymmetry and moral hazard. There are some problems in the reconstruction of medical record management, such as overemphasis on institutional development while underemphasis on practical use, lack of professional medical record management personnel, poor connection of electronic medical records, backward information construction, and lack of medical records classification management. Based on the analysis of problems in the management of psychiatric hospitals, this thesis puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of information asymmetry in the management of psychiatric hospitals.%精神专科医院病案管理中存在的问题违背了医疗服务购买者的交易初衷,会产生信息不对称现象从而导致道德风险.精神专科医院的病案管理存在重建轻用、缺乏专业病案管理人才、电子病案衔接不畅、信息化建设落后、病案分级管理欠缺等问题.本文在分析精神专科医院病案管理过程中存在问题的基础上,提出了解决精神专科医院病案管理过程中信息不对称问题的对策.
