The construction of campus town leads the development of the surrounding areas. However, the blind construction of many universities in China also brings a series of problems to the city. For example, many areas have ignored the construction of supporting facilities for the campus town. With the gradual deepening of the current theoretical research, people began to realize the importance of supporting facilities. This paper takes Chenggong campus town in Kunming as an example to analyze the current situation of supporting facilities (such as educational, medical, commercial, recreational and sports facilities) and the problems in Chenggong campus town, try to find out the contradiction among them and give some suggestions to provide reference for future development.%大学城的建设带动了周边区域的发展,但是我国许多大学城的盲目跟风建设,也给城市带来了一系列的问题.例如,许多地区都忽略了大学城的配套设施的建设问题.随着当前理论研究的逐步深入,人们开始认识到大学城配套设施的重要性.以昆明呈贡大学城为例,采用实地调研与理论分析相结合的方法,分析讨论了呈贡大学城的各类配套设施(如:教育、医疗、商业、文体等设施)的现状以及所带来的一系列问题,试图找出这其间所存在的矛盾,并给出一些未来发展的建议.为今后的规划提供理论依据.
