In recent years, the real estate industry has rapid development. Most of the social capital flows into the real estate market. Real estate appraisal industry is an important branch of the real estate industry, which has rapidly developed with the rapid development of the real estate industry. It involves a lot of economic activities, such as the mortgage valuation, collection valuation, auction valuation of real estate and so on. This paper statistics and integrates the data from the industry report and the major industry web sites which contains CIREA, JREAA, NBSC. The existing problems and present situation of the real estate appraisal industry in Jiangsu province are quantified and the suggestions good for development are put forward.%近几年,房地产业蓬勃发展,大部分的社会资金流入到房地产市场.房地产估价行业是房地产行业的一个重要分支,也随着房地产业的迅猛发展走上了快速发展的道路,其涉及房地产抵押估价、征收估价、拍卖估价等诸多经济活动.本文对各大行业网站(中国房地产估价师网、江苏省房地产估价与经纪协会、全国房地产估价行业管理信息平台、国家数据)和行业各大报告提供的数据报表进行统计、整合,对江苏省房地产估价行业的现状以及存在的问题进行量化并深入分析,最终给出行业的发展建议.
