凤滩水力电厂纯机械过速保护系统设计方案研究

         

摘要

水轮发电机组过速保护系统主要是由事故配压阀和纯机械过速保护装置组成.在机组发生过速时,避免水轮发电机组发生飞逸现象.因此,过速保护系统设计方案质量的优劣,直接关系到机组运行的安全.本文结合凤滩电厂水轮发电机组过速保护系统的实际应用情况,以及过速保护系统的设计原理,设计了一种能适合大中型水轮发电机组过速保护系统技术改造方案,为大中型水电站机组过速保护系统的设计或升级改造提供参考与借鉴.%The over-speed protection system of hydro-generator sets is mainly composed of accident valve and pure mechanical over-speed protection device, which can avoid the occurrence of hydropower generating units flying phenomenon when over-speed occurs in the unit. Therefore, the quality of the over-speed protection system design is directly related to the safety of the unit operation. Based on the practical application of the over-speed protection system of the hydroelectric generating unit of Fengtan Power Plant and the design principle of the over-speed protection system, this paper designs a technical transformation scheme suitable for the over-speed protection system of large and medium-sized hydroelectric generating unit, which provides reference for the design or upgrading of the over-speed protection system of the hydropower station unit.
