In this paper, the panel data of the income and consumption of urban residents in 31 provinces and municipalities of China in 2007-2015 is taken as the research subject to analyze the impact of urban residents' active income and transfer income on the consumption expenditure of health care in east, middle and west China. It is found that there are differences in the effect of income structures. Active income has a positive effect on health care consumption. The property income has a strong role in promoting health care consumption of the residents in east and middle China, but the impact of it on the residents in west China is not significant.%本文以2007-2015年我国31省市城镇村居民收入与消费的面板数据为研究对象,分析了城镇居民主动性收入和转移性收入对东、中、西部医疗保健消费支出的影响,发现收入结构影响存在差异性,主动性收入对医疗保健消费有较高的促进作用,财产性收入对东部中部居民的医疗保健消费促进较强,对西部居民影响不显著.
