基于连锁企业的高职教育社会服务产品顾客价值分析

         

摘要

"Integration of production and education" and social service has become the main goal and important promoter of higher vocational education to enhance the vitality of running a school. In view of the research object of the chain enterprise, the social service product of the higher vocational education is analyzed from the perspective of marketing, and the customer value is analyzed deeply, and its social service product corresponds to the five levels of the customer value system, and finally the corresponding product adjustment strategies are put forward.%"产教融合"、社会服务已成为高职教育增强办学活力的主要目标和重要推手.针对连锁企业这一研究对象,以营销学视角将高职教育社会服务产品化,深入剖析其顾客价值所在,并将其社会服务产品对应于顾客价值体系的五个层次,最后提出相应的产品调整策略.
