Logistics and distribution center project is closely related to the city construction. It's difficult for the traditional stormwater management model to solve such problems as rainwater discharge, stormwater runoff pollution and resource use. Therefore, LID (Low Impact Development) concept is applied to alleviate the problems mentioned above. In this paper, the characters of logistics and distribution center project are analyzed firstly. Secondly, LID design concept and measures are proposed. Lastly, the study results show that LID measures can better meet the design objectives and requirements of the detention storage capacity and contaminant removal efficiency.%卷烟物流配送中心项目是与城市建设关系密切的工业建筑项目,采用传统雨洪管理模式很难解决其雨洪排放、径流污染和雨水资源利用等问题.因此引入低影响开发模式解决卷烟物流配送中心项目雨洪问题.在分析卷烟物流配送中心项目特点基础上,以台州卷烟物流配送中心项目为例研究低影响开发目标、设计思路和措施.研究表明项目在采取低影响开发措施后,能够较好的满足滞蓄能力和污染物去除效果的设计目标要求.
