Due to energy-saving,environmental protection,short construction period,the guaranteed quality of the assembly building,it can be produced through factory assembly line.However,the current development process of the assembly building in China is relatively slow,which has been restricted by various factors.From the aspects of policy,technology,economy and others,this paper discusses the reasons,and gives a reasonable solution,hoping to promote the development of the assembly building in China.%装配式建筑工程节能、环保、工期短、质量有保证,可进行工厂化流水线生产.然而,目前我国装配式建筑发展进程较为缓慢,多方因素制约其发展,本文从政策、技术、经济等方面,探讨了我国目前装配式建筑推行缓慢的原因,并合理给出解决对策,希望推动装配式建筑工程在我国的发展.
