因建筑工程特点和用途不同,工期长、投资大、技术复杂等特性造成施工生产过程管控的诸多不确定性,本文从项目管理的全过程进行分析,列举项目各个阶段可能产生的影响企业效益的潜在风险,并针对建筑施工企业如何规避风险提出建议和措施.%Due to the characteristics and different uses of the construction project,the construction period is long,the investment is large,and the technology is complex and so on,which cause a lot of uncertainties in the construction control.In this paper,the whole process of project management is analyzed,and the potential risks that may affect the efficiency of the enterprise in various stages of the project are listed,and suggestions and measures to avoid the risks for construction enterprises have been proposed.
