宁夏建设职业技术学院所属的材料工程系材料工程技术专业在人才培养路线遵循宽口径、厚基础的培养思路,专业设置了水泥与混凝土两个专业方向,主要培养面向水泥生产及预拌混凝土(砂浆)新型墙体、混凝土外加剂、建筑工程质量检测等方面的高技术应用人才.面对企业的转型升级与结构调整,学院坚持面向市场、服务地方经济发展,不断进行人才培养方案的调整,通过毕业生反馈信息、专家论证、在校学生座谈等方式,积极诊断人才培养方面存在的问题,为进一步提升办学能力与调整专业人才培养找出对路的方案与建议.%The Materials Engineering Technology Specialty of the Department of Materials Engineering in Ningxia Construction Vocational and Technical College follows the idea of "wide coverage,solid foundation" in personnel training route.There are two major fields,cement and concrete,mainly training highly skilled talents in cement production and ready-mixed concrete (mortar) new wall,concrete admixture,construction quality inspection and other aspects.Facing the transformation and upgrading and structural adjustment of enterprises,the College adhere to the market,serve the local economic development,and constantly carry out the adjustment of personnel training program,and actively diagnose the problems of personnel training through the feedback of graduates,experts,students in the forum,etc.,in order to find out recommendations for further improving the ability of running a school and adjusting the training of professionals.
