有效的水库管理是充分发挥水利工程作用以及延长水利工程寿命的关键因素.规范我国水库管理的相关工作,确保我国水库管理具有科学性和规范性,能够有效缓解我国部分地区水资源不足的现象,同时规范科学的水库管理方案也是目前节约淡水资源、大幅度提高淡水资源利用率的有效方法.就此,本文在简要分析目前我国水库管理过程中存在问题的基础上,针对管理出现的问题进行了深入探讨,并提出相应的解决措施.以此为我国水库管理工作更加高效、更加系统的进行提供论参考.%Effective reservoir management is a key factor in giving full play to the role of water conservancy engineering and extending the life span of water conservancy projects. It is possible to effectively alleviate the shortage of water resources in some areas of China by standardizing the reservoir management and ensuing scientific and standard reservoir management. And scientific reservoir management plan is also the effective method to save fresh water resources and increase fresh water resources utilization. In this paper, based on the brief analysis of the current problems in the process of reservoir management in China, the problems of management are discussed in depth, and the corresponding measures are put forward, so as to provide reference for more efficient and more systematic reservoir management.
