建筑企业安全文化的形成机理及营造的激励策略研究

         

摘要

Frequent safety accidents in construction caused huge economic losses to the society and enterprise,and adversely affected the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.According to the safety accident causing theory,safety culture is the root cause of safety accident.Therefore,safety culture cultivating is the fundamental guarantee of lowing safety accidents rate.Based on the multipleproject hierarchy management mode of construction enterprise,the concept and the formation of construction enterprise safety culture were defined.And three-level incentive strategy of forming safety culture of construction enterprise was proposed to provide theoretical guidance for the formation of construction enterprise safety culture.%建筑业安全事故频发,给社会和企业带来巨大的经济损失,还对行业的健康可持续发展产生不利影响.根据安全事故致因理论,安全文化是导致安全事故发生的根源原因,因此,建筑企业安全文化的培育是降低安全事故率的根本保证.本文结合建筑企业的多项目层级管理模式,梳理了建筑企业安全文化的概念和形成过程,提出安全文化建设的三层级激励策略,为建筑企业安全文化的建设提供理论指导.
