In the construction process of municipal projects,the control of construction period,quality and cost is an important content of municipal administration departments.At the same time,these three basic elements are also restricting each other and promoting each other.The improvement of quality may increase the cost.Construction period requirements may also lead to construction cost increase.The municipal project work needs to adjust the three to the best state,and coordinate the interests of all parties to promote the smooth construction of the project.This paper mainly analyzes the necessity and strengthening measures of construction period management of municipal projects.By coordinating the relationship among construction period,quality and cost,we can achieve the best economic benefits and social benefits,with the short duration,excellent quality and low cost,so as to better improve the municipal project construction.%在市政项目的建设过程中,对工期、质量和成本的控制是市政管理部门的重要内容,同时,这三个基本要素也在相互制约,相互促进,质量的提高可能会增加成本,对于施工工期的要求也可能会引发建设成本的提高,市政项目工作要将这三者调整到最佳状态,协调各方利益,以推动工程建设的顺利展开.本文主要分析了市政项目施工工期管理的必要性与强化措施,通过协调工期、质量和成本三者之间的关系,达到工期短、质量优、成本低的最佳效果,取得最佳的经济效益和社会效益,从而更好的完善市政项目工程建设.
