Incorrect sitting posture, or long-term bending action, can easily lead to waist disease. Due to the reasons for the work, the majority of primary and secondary school teachers pay less attention to the prevention and treatment of waist disease. So they often missed the best treatment time and led to exacerbations. This paper proposes a platform for patients' waist health care based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. This design combines Internet platform technology with traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment services. It is a health service platform based on multi platform and user terminals.%伏案工作中长期的不正确坐姿,或是长期的弯腰动作,很容易导致腰部疾病.由于工作的原因,大多数中小学教师对腰肌劳损等腰部疾病的警惕性不高,疏于防范和治疗,往往错失最佳治疗时机,导致病情加重.本文针对相关人群的腰部健康提出了一个应用中医进行腰诊健康服务的平台设计.这一设计将互联网平台技术与中医诊疗服务相结合,是一种基于多平台和用户终端的健康服务平台方案.
