本文对高职院校卓越教师的内涵进行了分析.根据教师职业生涯发展理论,提出高职卓越教师成长五阶段模型,并从四个方面对基于高职卓越教师培养的教师发展中心建设进行探讨,为高职院校教师的卓越发展和培养提供参考.%The connotation of excellent teachers in higher vocational college was analyzed in this paper. According to the theory of teachers' career development, the five stages' model of higher vocational excellent teachers was put forward. Finally, the construction of teacher development center based on excellent teachers training was discussed in four aspects, which provided the reference for development and training of excellent teachers in higher vocational colleges.
