林业人才是林业经济发展的重要力量,林业人才的短缺已经严重制约着我国林业的可持续发展.目前对对林业经济人才的研究日趋深入,也取得了良好的研究成果.文章对当前学者关于林业人才研究结果进行简要整合与评述,主要包括林业人才国内研究现状和福建研究现状,并对存在的问题进行了初步分析和思考.%As an important emerging branch of forestry economy, forestry talents is the inevitable product of the forestry economy. Current research on talents of forestry economy is increasingly deeper and deeper, and some good research results have been made. This article briefly integrate and comment the current scholars' research results of forestry talents, mainly including the research status of forestry talents of China and Fujian Province. It provides guidance of establishing forestry talents for businesses and organizations.
