With the rapid development of rural economy in China, the rural traffic volume has soared rapidly, and more and more vehicles have been driving on rural roads. The standard of rural highway construction has been continuously improved. In order to make rural roads better serve rural areas, and meet the traffic demand, Anhui Province introduced the "Rural Road Smoothing Project Implementation Approach" and "Anhui Rural Road Smoothing Project Implementation Guide", and effectively guided the rural road design, construction and acceptance work. Funan County takes two years to implement the planning of rural road smoothing project: 877roads, 1124.8 km within 3 years. All the road base are cement stabilized gravel. As the leader of the county transportation bureau technical guidance group, the author found that there are many quality problems in the water stabilized base through two years of rural road smooth management. This paper analyzes the rural road cement stabilized gravel base construction quality control measures.%随着我国农村经济的迅速发展,农村交通量迅速猛增,越来越多车辆行驶农村道路上,农村公路工程建设标准也在不断提高,为使农村公路更好的服务于农村,满足交通需求,安徽省出台了《农村公路畅通工程实施办法》和《安徽省农村道路畅通工程实施指南》,有效指导了农村道路的设计、施工及验收等工作,阜南县用2年时间实施规划3年农村道路畅通工程877条1124.8公里,基层全部设计为水泥稳定碎石,作为县交运输局工程技术指导组负责人,通过两年农村道路畅通工程管理,发现水稳基层存在很多质量问题.下面对这农村道路水泥稳定碎石基层施工质量控制措施进行具体分析.
