在国家提出供给侧结构性改革的"三去一降一补"政策环境下,去产能已成为五大措施的重中之重.萍乡市作为江西省赣西地区的重点资源型城市,面临资源枯竭及员工过剩两大核心问题,经济转型成为资源枯竭型城市的必然选择,文章系统分析了萍乡地区资源枯竭型城市经济转型的必要性,提出发展红色旅游,并对其优劣势进行分析,明确经济转型方向,为转型提供对策建议.%In the environment of "three reduction-one lower-one improvement" policy of supply-side structural reform, the excessive production capacity reduction has become the top priority of the five measures. Pingxiang City as the key resource-based cities in west Jiangxi Province, it faced the two core problems of resource depletion and overwork of employees, so the economic transformation becomes the inevitable choice of resource-exhausted city. The necessity of economic transformation of resource-exhausted cities in Pingxiang area is analyzed in this paper, the development idea of red tourism is proposed, its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and the direction of economic transformation is cleared, to provide countermeasures for the transformation.
