The development of social economy and the deepening of urban regional development activities have made the development and construction scale of railway increase day by day, and the related operation and management of railway dispatching and train organization has changed obviously. In order to make railway traffic organization safer, more scientific and effective, and ensure the healthy and rapid development of the railway transport system, to meet the objective requirements of the railway transportation, the article takes the railway dispatching centralized section as the research core.
