在经济文化快速发展的同时,对环境与气候也产生了一系列不良影响,尤其突出的是全球气候变化问题,而高原山区受到极端气候的影响更为明显.高原山区水库大坝是一种重要的水利基础设施,其安全性的高低直接关系到下游及周边群众的生产与财产安全.本文依据极端气候条件下极易出现的超标暴晒、冰冻、洪水等灾害性气候对高原山区水库大坝的材料性能、自身安全及防洪标准设计等产生的影响,提出了几点有效提高极端气候条件下高原山区大坝运行、施工、设计安全性的建议与对策.%At the same time of rapid economic and cultural development, there are a series of adverse effects on the environment and climate, especially the prominent is the global climate change problem, while the plateau mountain area is affected by extreme climate more obviously. The reservoir dam in plateau mountain area is an important water conservancy infrastructure, and its safety is directly related to the production and property security of the downstream and surrounding masses. According to the influence of disasters of excessive exposure, freezing, floods, etc. highly visible in the extreme climate conditions on the material property, self-safety and flood control standard design of reservoir dam in the plateau mountain area, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures of improving plateau mountain dam operation, construction and safety design under extreme weather conditions.
