近年来矿产行业发展快速,对国民经济的影响也越来越大,这对矿产行业发展要求也更高,对选矿设备的要求也愈发严格.然而选矿设备多工作于恶劣的工作环境下,工作期间极易磨损,损伤矿山企业经济效益,影响矿产开采工作效率,甚至导致安全事件,产生严重后果.因此在日常工作中需加大检查力度,定期维护检修,尽早找出存在问题及异常情况,避免设备性能继续恶化,导致严重安全事故与经济损失更严重.本文先分析选矿设备磨损原因,并制定维护措施.%In recent years, the mineral industry gets a rapid development, and its impact on the national economy is also growing, which put forward higher requirements to the development of the mineral industry and increasingly strict requirements to the mineral processing equipment. However, the mineral processing equipment always runs in the harsh working environment, so it is easy to wear during the work, which damages the economic benefits of mining enterprises and affects the efficiency of mining operations, and even leads to security incidents and cases serious consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the inspection efforts in the daily work, conduct regular maintenance, as soon as possibly identify problems and abnormalities, in order to avoid deterioration of equipment performance and serious security incidents and economic losses. This paper analyzes the causes of wear and tear and develops maintenance measures.
