Large dairy enterprises have a sound quality management system, and comprehensive quality management methods and experience, but there is risk in milk sources and cooperation with dairy farmers. Through the analysis of the present situation and problems of the quality management of large dairy enterprises, it is put forward that the optimization of quality management of large dairy enterprises should improve the quality of milk products through innovation management, and strengthen the scientific management and disease prevention and control of dairy cows.
