In the rapid development of social economy today, the per capita material life level has been improved significantly, and the traffic volume has got a rapid growth, which has brought a broad space for the transportation industry development. Railway is an important part of transportation in China in the new period, electrified railway engineering construction scale and the number are growing, has become the main trend of the future development of China's railway industry, has a series of advantages such as fast running speed, light pollution, low consumption and high safety factor, has been widely favored and welcome by the community, and has brought very considerable economic and social benefits. However, due to the characteristics of electrified railway engineering, the large scale of project, large investment and high risk and other factors have restricted the construction and development of electrified railway engineering to a certain extent. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the innovation of the economic management mode of electrified railway project and improve its benefit.
