房地产投资作为一种重要的投资方式,投资回报率是投资者关注的主要问题.本文考虑了房地产规划基础上的投资收益问题,在满足容积率和一些国家规定的基础上,建立投资回报率的数学模型,并且结合顾客满意度,使用线性规划模型对原房屋规划进行改进,选取适当的房屋类型套数,使得投资回报率达到25.14%.%Real estate investment is a kind of important investment style, and the question of return on investment is the main concern of investors. In this paper, the rate of return on investment (ROI) on the basis of real estate planning is considered, then mathematical model of ROI is established to meet the volume rate and some national regulations. Combining with customer satisfaction, the original housing planning is improved using linear programming model, and the appropriate number of different types of homes are selected to achieve the ROI to 25.14%.
