杭州庆春路过江隧道项目作为采用PPP模式投资建设运营的城市道路基础设施项目,在项目的实施过程中项目投资、质量、安全、工期和运营都得到了很好的控制.本文主要侧重介绍该项目在PPP模式下的具体模式、实施流程、资金筹措、回报机制等,进一步对隧道在建设和运营过程中的问题进行了探讨,对其他城市道路隧道PPP项目的实施具有一定借鉴意义.%Hangzhou Qingchun river tunnel project as the city road infrastructure project using PPP mode of investment in construction and operation of the project in the implementation process of the project investment, quality, safety, construction and operation are well controlled.
