随着我国社会及经济的发展,一些年代久远建设基础设施不完善的小区已不能满足现代城市的发展及人民精神文化的需求,本文以2015年吉林高新技术产业开发区市政工程及小区整治工程为例,介绍了城市老旧小区普遍存在的主要问题,从道路维修、市政设施改造和绿化环境整治等方面进行方案设计,提出了小区综合改造的一些方法及老旧小区改造的意义.%As China's social and economic development, some old district with imperfection infrastructure has been unable to meet the needs of the modern urban development and the people's spiritual culture. In this paper, the municipal engineering and residential renovation project district in 2015 in the Jilin High-tech Industrial Development Zone is taken as an example,the main problems of the old district of the city are introduced, program is designed from the road maintenance, municipal facilities renovation and green environmental remediation and other aspects, and some methods and significance for the comprehensive transformation of the old district are put forward.
