冲击电阻分压器的设计

         

摘要

在冲击高压测量系统中,冲击分压器是其关键部件.本文针对冲击电压的快、高特性,设计了一种基于高精度无感电阻和贴片式电阻构成的电阻式分压器.分析杂散电容、电阻电感对分压器性能的影响.对研制的分压比为100:1的分压器性能测试,结果表明:分压器的分压比为100.5:1,误差为±0.5%,相比较于现在广泛用于冲击测量中,以水电阻,无感绕制电阻为主来设计和实现分压功能的分压器,具有制作方法简单、体积小、易携带的优势.%In the impact high voltage measuring system, impact voltage divider is the key component. In this paper, a resistor divider based on high precision non-inductive resistor and patch resistor is designed for fast and high impact voltage. The influence of stray capacitance and resistance inductance on the performance of voltage divider is analyzed. The voltage divider of 100:1 is developed, and the result shows that the divider ratio is 100.5:1, the error is ±0.5%, and compared to the voltage divider now widely used in impact measurement, whose design and implementation is finished by no sense winding resistor as the main part, it has the advantages of simple manufacturing method, small size, easy to carry.
