Kunming is an important tourism and trade city in southwest China. It is the center of politics, economy, culture, science and technology and transportation in Yunnan province. It is also the core of the central Yunnan urban agglomeration. At the same time, Kunming is also one of the most important traffic hubs in southwest China. It is the first-level port city for southeast Asia, and the comprehensive construction of Kunming transportation system is the important support of Yunnan construction as a bridgehead for southeast Asia, and also the important guarantee of "the belt and road initiative". Combining with the development of Kunming "the belt and road initiative", this paper analyzes the current situation of BRT system development, and puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions to promote the optimization development of BRT system, and out of a low-cost, high efficiency sustainable development road.%昆明是我国西南地区重要的旅游、商贸城市,是云南省政治、经济、文化、科技、交通的中心要塞,亦是滇中城市群的核心圈;同时,昆明也是我国西南最重要的交通枢纽之一,是我国面向东南亚的国家一级口岸城市,全面建设昆明综合交通运输体系,是把云南建设成为面向东南亚开放的桥头堡的重要支撑,也是发挥"一带一路"的重要保障.文章将结合昆明"一带一路"的发展大环境研究BRT系统发展现状,从影响BRT系统效益的技术要素入手,提出相应的优化建议,促进BRT系统的优化发展,走出一条低成本、高效率的可持续发展之路.
