The Value Stream Mapping (VSM)is used to optimize and redesign the manufacturing process of W company YD-54. Based on the present value current situation chart, the present value current status chart is drawn, and the time of increment in production is determined according to the field data analysis. The production process is optimized by the basic method of industrial engineering, in order to eliminate the production of waste, to simplify the operation process, improve production efficiency, realize the goal of balance of production line. The practical results show that the value flow chart is an effective tool for improving machining efficiency, increasing capacity and implementing lean production in the process of production process optimization.%运用价值流图(VSM)对W公司YD-54产品生产流程进行优化和再设计.对车间生产现场数据采集绘制当前价值流现状图,根据现场数据分析确定目前生产过程中不产生增值的活动,运用工业工程基本方法对生产流程进行优化改善,以消除生产中的浪费,达到简化操作工序、提高企业生产效率、实现生产线平衡的目的.实践结果表明:在产品生产流程优化过程中,价值流图是提高加工效率,提升产能,实施精益生产的有效工具.
