Cadastral mapping refers to the exact determination of the boundaries between the different land coordinates, and the accurate drawing of land and the elements of land attachments, including area, location, type, in the drawings and special book, to provide detailed land information for the national land administration department. It can be seen that the role of cadastral mapping is very important, any small mistake may affect the management of land, so the demands on the accuracy of the cadastral mapping is very high. With the continuous progress of science and technology, cadastral mapping technology is also moving forward, and the application of digital technology in the cadastral mapping is a very prominent embodiment. This paper firstly describes the basic process of modern cadastral mapping, analyzes the characteristics and patterns of digital cadastral mapping, and discusses the application of digital technology in cadastral mapping, so that people can more clearly understand the convenience of digital technology to the cadastral mapping.
