No competitiveness of society shows the lack of innovation ability. The innovation activities supports the country's development and social progress, and cultivating innovative talents is an important part of strategy of reinvigorating China with science and technology. "National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan" (2010-2020) clearly put forward "To focus on cultivating highly skilled professionals and top-notch talent with faith perseverance, good moral character and rich knowledge, and to adhere to the ability as the focus, focus on improving students' learning ability, practical ability and innovation ability"[1].
