Aiming rainfall characteristics and drainage characteristics at Changle town, and people's growing material and cultural life needs, this paper proposed a"cultural Jiangnan, garden farm"planning program based on the status quo of Changle town. The results show that the scheme can improve the flood control standard in the planned region, and also be conducive to the ecological environment, water quality improvement.%针对长乐小镇降雨特点、排涝特点,与人们日益增长的物质文化生活的需求,提出了基于长乐小镇现状将其打造为"人文江南、田园农庄"的规划方案.结果表明,该方案可提高规划区域的防洪标准,同时也有利于生态环境、水质的改善.
