基于BIM技术的建筑工程施工安全管理研究

         

摘要

针对当前建设项目施工技术难度大、环境复杂、工人行为难以监控的特点,本文从保障施工安全和降低事故发生率的角度,分析了当前建筑行业存在的主要安全问题,主要包括安全管理意识薄弱、安全教育培训不足、安全管理方法落后等.基于上述问题着重提出了基于BIM的施工过程模拟,基于BIM的数字化安全培训,基于BIM的安全奖励制度体系建立和基于BIM的事故调查分析等措施.希望通过BIM技术结合其他技术实现建筑行业安全管理高效、安全事故发生率低的美好局面.%Based on the current construction project characteristics that the construction difficulty is large, the environment is complex and the behavior of workers is difficult to control, this paper analyzes the main security problems existing in the construction industry, including lack of safety management awareness, lack of safety education and training and backward safety management methods. On account of the above problems, this paper proposes some measures, including the construction process simulation based on BIM, the digital safety training based on BIM, the establishment of safety reward system based on BIM, and the accident investigation and analysis based on BIM. Hope that through BIM technology combined with other technologies to achieve the efficient safety management and low accident rate among construction industry.
