选矿作业控制系统的研究与设计

         

摘要

Beneficiation operation is an important part of metallurgical operations. The quality of beneficiation operation products has a direct impact on the indicators of follow-up operations. In this paper, the ore dressing operation system is the main object, and the design and research of the mineral processing control system are carried out by using computer technology, modern network technology, automatic control technology and Modern Communication Engineering (weak current engineering). Through modern intelligent control theory, a new control method is designed. Processing control system including operation control system and monitoring system, processing by the controller, sensors and computer for real-time monitoring and control of the processing machine and related equipment. Based on the analysis of ore control system, the hardware design, mainly includes controller, sensor, computer control, selection and configuration of equipment and testing equipment,realize the communication between PC and concentrator.%选矿作业是冶金作业中极其重要的环节,其质量的好坏直接影响到后续作业的指标.本文以选矿作业系统为主要对象,采用计算机技术、现代网络技术、自动控制技术及现代通信工程(弱电工程),对选矿控制系统进行设计与研究.通过现代自动化控制理论,设计新的控制系统.选矿控制系统包括选矿运转控制系统和监控系统,通过控制器,感应器和上位机对选矿机及相关设备进行实时监控和控制.结合对选矿控制系统的研究,对其进行硬件设计,主要包括控制器,感应器,上位机,控制设备和检测仪器的选择及配置,实现上位机和选矿机之间的通信.
