近年来,航空公司突发事件频繁,对航空公司和社会造成了不小的影响.这就使得对航空公司突发事件和应急管理问题的研究,尤其是对应急管理机理体系进行全面的系统研究,并运用高质量评价体系来进行预防式应急管理显得越来越重要.该文就是基于航空公司突发事件信息进行大量搜集整合并在分析其应急管理的质量水平上,采用模糊层次分析方法、统计分析方法和模糊数学模型的方法建立航空公司突发事件应急管理的质量评价体系和模型,希望能为航空公司突发事件的应急管理起到抛砖引玉的作用.%In recent years, the frequent occurrence of airline emergency has caused a great impact on airlines and society. This makes the research on the problem of airline emergencies and emergency management system, especially the comprehensive study on the mechanism of system, and the use of high quality evaluation system of a set of preventive management becomes more and more important. On the basis of a large number of airlines emergency collection and the analysis of the level of quality of the emergency management, and meanwhile tries to set up a quality evaluation index system and evaluation model of airlines emergence management by adopting the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the statistics analytic method and fuzzy mathematics model.
